Philosophy

The name zkoor is the German abbreviation of the Z coordinate, which is the 3rd axis in space. The X and Y axes determine the flat plane x whereas Z defines the height of an object and its 3D geometry. For us, Z is also a synonym for an elevated, "higher perspective".

According to a passed-down story Einstein once visited the zoo in Bern, Switzerland and looked at the bears feeding. He observed how they straightened themselves up in the air in order to get a better view of the place to spot new food.
